Eligibility Requirements
To maintain eligibility, referral partners must:
- Hold an active insurance license
- Maintain active E&O (Errors & Omissions) insurance with at least $1 million in coverage
⚠️ Failure to maintain either license or E&O coverage results in immediate termination of the partnership, and forfeiture of all commissions from that point forward.
Commission Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid on the 28th of the following month, or two months after the policy effective date, whichever is later.
Example: If a policy becomes effective on April 27th, the commission will be paid on June 28th.
Program Termination Policy
- Either party may terminate the partnership at any time, without reason.
- Termination must be submitted in writing via email or letter.
- The official termination date is the date the notice is sent.
- ONE Insurance Agency retains 100% ownership of the book of business — even after termination.
- Any commissions due as of the termination date are also retained by ONE Insurance Agency.
Processing Fees
ONE Insurance Agency applies a standard processing fee before any commission splits:
